T.I. in more trouble?? - T.I. Sued After Man Assaulted, Held Captive Over Killer Mike's Chain

Rapper T.I. has been sued by a recording studio technician who blames the artist for not stopping an attack inside a studio that T.I. owns.

The lawsuit filed by Norris Gresham names the rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, and five others as responsible for a Sept. 8 assault at Echo Studios. Gresham said T.I. was not there at the time, but he received electronic messages about the attack while it was ongoing.

Gresham alleges that a dispute erupted when one man named in the suit couldn't find a necklace. Gresham said he was held captive for 12 hours, threatened with a gun, then pushed down stairs and beaten.

T.I. publicist Sydney Margetson declined to comment on the lawsuit.

Norris Gresham, who is employed at Echo Studios, claims he was attacked on September 8th by a variety of men associated with Grand Hustle, including Killer Mike aka Mike Bigga, rapper Spodee, Mac Boney and Cortez "C Rod" Thomas, who was with T.I. when he was arrested in Los Angeles a few weeks prior to this altercation. Although T.I. was not in the recording studio when the assault took place, Gresham claims that the rapper was aware the assault was taking place because he was sent emails, text messages and videos of the incident as it unfolded.

Gresham says that Killer Mike lost a diamond encrusted necklace and pendant, resulting in the the 12-hour-ordeal. When the necklace and medallion were found hidden in the ceiling, Spodee allegedly produced a gun and threatened to Kill Gresham. Instead of shooting him, Gresham was pushed down stairs and beaten, resulting in two of his teeth being knocked out.
